HOW TO USE YOUR BRISBANE SOURDOUGH PAN:
Follow the instructions below for baking the perfect loaf:
Preheat The Brisbane Sourdough Pan before loading the loaf in the oven 250°C-260°C for 60 mins.
LOAD & SCORE
Load dough into preheated pan base and score. Adding 1 or 2 ice cubes to the pan base will help to create steam ever more. Immediately place the lid onto the base.
BAKE – PART 1
Place covered pan into the oven and adjust oven temperature to 230°C – 240°C and bake for 20 minutes with lid on.
BAKE – PART 2
After 20 minutes, remove the lid and place it on a safe surface. Invert the lid and place the base of the pan inside the inverted lid.
Return to the oven and bake for additional 20-25 minutes, or until your desired crust color is achieved.
